Holli possesses a professional engineering license and brings extensive project management experience spanning nearly 20 years in civil engineering and land development. Her professional background encompasses diverse land development projects, ranging from residential neighborhoods and commercial developments to large master-planned communities.

She excels not only in managing important relationships with clients and jurisdictions but also demonstrates a high level of proficiency in grading and utility design within King, Snohomish, Pierce, Kitsap, and Clallam counties, as well as Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
