Bio
Glenn began his career in the land surveying profession 30 years ago and became a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Washington in 2004. He has an unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service to clients. From a single-lot property survey to a complex multi-disciplinary project, Glenn's core principle is to consistently exceed client expectations. As the President and Chief Operating Officer of Core Design, Glenn channels his expertise towards leadership and strategic business development, primarily focusing on expanding the company's presence within the land development community.
Glenn specializes in new condominiums, condominium conversions, and ALTA surveys. He also has extensive experience in platting, easements, master-planned communities, and construction management, as well as expert witness testimony and survey consultation for property disputes and survey legal matters.
