Glen Duringer

Glen brings 35 years of construction management experience to Core Design. With a focus on excellent customer service skills, Glen supports his clients in a broad range of commercial and residential land development and vertical construction projects, acting and the owner's representative or contractor. He aims to give clients the advantage of streamlining and cost-controlling their constuction projects from the raw land feasibility phase to vertical construction and sales.

Glen specializes in residential and light commercial design-build and construction project management. He has experience with property evaluations, architectural site planning, construction drawings, permitting assistance, market value determination, cost-to-complete analysis, repair and maintenance estimating, and managing construction completion.
