Glen Duringer

Glen brings 35 years of construction management experience to Core Design. With a focus on excellent customer service skills, Glen supports his clients in a broad range of commercial and residential land development and vertical construction projects, acting as the owner's representative or contractor. He gives public and private clients the advantage of streamlining and cost-controlling their projects throughout the construction phase.

Glen specializes in residential and light commercial design-build and construction project management. He has expertise with property evaluations, architectural site planning, construction drawing preparation, permitting and entitlement assistance, market value determination, cost-to-complete analysis, repair and maintenance estimating, and all aspects of the construction process.
