The Brownstones
Issaquah Highlands, WA
Core Design provided surveying, engineering, planning and landscape architecture services for an 8.5 acre – 176 unit townhome neighborhood with a unique classic brownstone character. The neighborhood is oriented towards extensive open spaces, plazas and pedestrian networks designed by Core's team of landscape architects. Core participated in the project’s design development from the initial survey through construction documentation and construction staking.
