Core Design provided engineering, planning and landscape architecture services to create a commercial development which will accommodate restaurants, retail and office space. The development includes a parking lot, a small gathering area, trellis structures, extensive landscaping and a sensitive areas mitigation plan. This project uniquely involved significant contributions from Core’s landscape architecture team to carefully integrate buffer mitigation, gathering areas, aesthetics, native vegetation and parking/access requirements on a site constrained by sensitive environmental factors.
