Core Design was proud to donate its engineering, surveying and landscape architecture design services to the fall 2007 Extreme Makeover: Home Edition project in Kirkland. Kirkland Cottages
Core Design provided cottage housing design concepts for Murray Franklyn to promote an innovative housing development under Kirkland’s new ordinance. The purpose of the design requirements is to promote a sense of community both within the development, as well as provide common open spaces that are centrally located and easily accessible by all units. Crosswater Park
Core Design provided landscape architecture services for a family park located within one of the five neighborhoods at Polygon NW’s master-planned community, Crosswater, in the Lake Stevens area. The park acts as the secondary gateway from the south entry into the neighborhood and is surrounded by both alley and front loaded lots. [more info]

Talus Parcels 10, 11 & 12
Core Design provided its planning, engineering and survey services for Talus Parcels 10, 11 & 12 of mostly single family attached homes. This project exemplifies how Core uses creative approaches to maximize project value and reduce construction costs. [more info]
