Core provided engineering and surveying services for Mill Creek Commons, a commercial development in Mill Creek. The development maximized the potential of the site which included a salmon bearing stream, wetlands, steep slopes, multiple soil types and a significant number of trees to be saved. [more info]

Core Design provided its civil engineering and surveying services for the extension of Mill Creek’s Central Business District, which connects to a residential area to the north. The Town Center is the City’s signature project, which defines its desire to be an expanding commercial center in the region. [more info]

Seattle Hill Retail
Core Design was asked to provide landscape architecture, planning and engineering services for this commercial development within a neighborhood business section of Mill Creek. The objective was to minimize the visual impact to an adjacent single family residential development, provide for the recreational and safety needs of the proposed day care center and deliver a year-round aesthetic design for the parking and perimeter areas. Reunion at Redmond Ridge
Core Design provided civil engineering and surveying services for one of the newest 55+ active living communities on the Eastside. Located within the Redmond Village Master Plan, the project provides a variety of living styles including apartments and townhomes constructed among 10 buildings. [more info]
