Market Square
The Market Square Apartments is a multi-story apartment development which provides multiple types of outdoor spaces for its residents. Along with providing our engineering services, Core Design’s role was to design these outdoor spaces including two rooftop gardens, or “green roofs”, in order to meet the open space needs of the residents. Sycamore Park
Sycamore Park is the first innovative housing project submitted in the City of Redmond. Core Design provided their full scope of services for this project, including Landscape Architecture. In order to promote a sense of community, the concept of a living street was designed to control vehicular movement and support pedestrian activity within the main east-west corridor. [more info]

West Creek Place
Core Design provided the landscape architecture services for the small pocket park located within the West Creek Place development, near the City of Kent. The design makes best use of a long narrow tract that also functions as a stormwater facility. [more info]
