Group Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
Core Design offers medical coverage through Premera Bluecross. Dental coverage is available through Metlife and vision coverage is through VSP. Employees are eligible for coverage the first of the month after their start date.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and Profit Sharing Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in this plan after 1000 hours. Employees may allocate a portion of their salary up to the limit set annually by the IRS into various investment options through G Russell Knobel and Associates.
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
Core Design provides paid time off for personal leave, to help provide work/life balance. Core Design awards Paid Time Off on date of employment based on the following:

Life Insurance
Core Design provides life insurance through Lincoln Financial Group Insurance Company of $100,000. Additional insurance may be purchased through Lincoln Financial Group Insurance Company Voluntary Life program. Employees are eligible for this benefit first of the month after 90 days of employment.
Long-Term Disability
Core Design’s long-term disability plans for eligible employees through Lincoln Financial. Employees are eligible for this benefit at the first of the month after 90 days of employment.
Flexible Spending Program for Medical and Dependant Care
Core Design offers flexible Spending Accounts for both medical and dependant care expense. FSAs are an employer-sponsered plan that allows employees to deduct money from their paychecks on a pre-tax basis to cover non-reimbursable medical expense and dependant care expenses as provided by current tax legislation. Employees must enroll prior to start of health insurance or during the annual open enrollment every January.
Tuition Assistance
Core Design offers a tuition reimbursement program for employees who wish to continue, or further education, in curriculum directly related to their employment.
Health Club Reimbursement
Core Design will reimburse an employee and family members up to $50 per month for health club membership fees.
